Skittles was created by Wester Hailes Community Trust (WHALE Arts).
WHALE Arts is the cultural anchor organisation for Wester Hailes. They are a community led-arts charity and social enterprise, set up by local people in 1992. Their mission is to be the creative heart of a vibrant, thriving community. SmARTies is thier Friday afterschool art club for South West Edinburgh artists aged 6-12. Skittles the giraffe was inspired by WHALE Arts 30th Birthday.
